Accessibility on this website

A good share of the people who use this site are older owners, out of state heirs, or someone reading on a phone with one bar of signal. We build for that.

What we aim for

We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA as our practical standard. That means readable text sizes and color contrast, headings in a sensible order, labels on every form field, keyboard access to every link and button, alt text on images that carry meaning, and pages that still work if scripts or images fail to load.

Where we know we are not perfect

This site is built and maintained by one small company, not an accessibility firm. Our calculators and the title checker are interactive, and interactive tools are where problems usually hide. If a tool will not work with your screen reader or your keyboard, we would rather hear about it than have you assume it is your fault.

You never have to use the website

Every single thing on this site can be done by voice instead. Call or text and we will take your home details over the phone, read a form back to you, walk through your options out loud, and mail or email documents in whatever format works for you. Nothing is priced differently and nothing is slower because you did not fill in a web form.

Reporting a problem

Tell us the page address, what you were trying to do, and what device or assistive technology you were using. Send it to titanpropertyinvestors@gmail.com or call 615-560-7963. We answer accessibility reports the same way we answer sellers: a real person, usually the same day. If a fix will take longer than a few days, we will tell you that and give you the information you needed by phone or email in the meantime.

Spanish speakers

Core pages are available in Spanish. Our staff does not speak Spanish, so we reply in writing in Spanish and bring an interpreter onto phone calls.

Tell us about your mobile home

We are a private buyer purchasing homes for our own account. We are not a real estate brokerage, law firm, or title company, and nothing on this site is legal or tax advice. Any number we discuss is non-binding until both sides sign a written agreement.
